CHESAK REVOCABLE TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 7, 2003 and RESTATED ON MAY 2, 2018, JAMES VALES, SCOTT GERMAIN, DEBRA GERMAIN, and, as well, any individual or entity who claims or may claim an interest in the real estate described in this cause of action, Action to Quiet Title, the following is made known: 1. That Plaintiff the Betty L. Chesak Revocable Trust Dated February 7, 2003 and Restated on May 2, 2018 ("Betty Chesak Trust") asserts that it has fee simple title (merchantable title) in and to the following described real estate in LaPorte County, State of Indiana, and said real property is more particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 4 WEST OF THE SECOND PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN AND IN THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 4 WEST OF THE SECOND PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, ALL IN LAPORTE COUNTY, INDIANA; MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT A CAST IRON MONUMENT MARKING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 33 NORTH, RANGE 4 WEST; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 18 MINUTES 35 SECONDS WEST (ASSUMED BEARING) ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER; 2639.59 FEET, TO A CAST IRON MONUMENT MARKING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 36; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 18 SECOND EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 36, 1562.00 FEET TO AN IRON ROD WITH A "RENSBERGER" I.D. The purpose of such proceeding is to quiet the title of said real property for and on behalf of the Betty L. Chesak Trust as to Thomas Decola, Richard C. Chesak, Robert Barnett, Sharon Barnett, the Allen C. Chesak Revocable Trust Dated February 7, 2003 and Restated on May 2, 2018, James Vales, Scott Germain, Debra Germain, and the world. 3. The Betty L. Chesak Trust, by and through its Trustee, Betty L. Chesak, has named as Defendants the individuals within the Trustee's knowledge through whom any claim, hostile or otherwise, might be asserted. 4. The Betty L. Chesak Trust will move the Court for a judgment in respect to the Betty L. Chesak Trust's legal title (merchantable title) to the real estate described herein, along with quieting the hostile claims of any and all entities and/or individuals against the same.
