Notice is further given that this meeting and a public hearing on each of the Petitions listed above will be held at 6:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, the 23rd day of March, 2021 but shall be a virtual meeting and that interested persons may attend as described below and remonstrate, or written remonstrances may be filed prior to and up to the time of the hearing. Only agenda items will be considered at the meeting. The only agenda items are those outlined above. This meeting is open to the public; however, this is scheduled as a virtual meeting and all board members, participants and members of the public will only be able to attend the meeting remotely. Everyone will have two options for attending the meeting. Option one: you may join the meeting using the video conferencing tool Zoom (this requires that you download the free Zoom app onto your computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone). Once the meeting is started you will be automatically added. 9. At the beginning of the hearing, a local board member will provide directions for attendee decorum and procedures.
