I would like to address House Bill 1005 and related bills currently working their way through our State Legislature.

This bill, among other things, significantly increases the amount of Hoosier tax dollars being spent on “choice scholarships” (i.e., vouchers) for parents to either send their children to private schools or (a new proposal) to pay costs associated with home-schooling.
