Force should be applied in the apprehension of armed and dangerous fugitives. Impacted communities need your help locating “dangerous fugitives” who are wanted for violating the health standards for clean air, water and soil.

Particulate matter and dust are dangerous fugitives; and federal, state and local elected officials should make apprehending these fugitives a priority.
