As the world seems increasingly uncertain every day, it is no wonder that many young people are worried about their future and the decisions they are facing as they graduate high school.

Looking back on my 40-plus-year career at NIPSCO, I can honestly profess that my engineering degree from Purdue University Northwest was a game changer in my life.
