MICHIGAN CITY — The Indiana State Prison recently promoted David Henning, James Washington, Dujuan Lott and Stanley Katalinic Jr. to correctional sergeant.

Henning began his career in corrections at the Indiana State Prison in June 2006. He resides in Michigan City and is a lifetime resident of La Porte County with two children. He has a bachelor's degree in communication with a minor in organizational leadership from Purdue University. His hobbies include spending time with his children and family.
