'Nooses Off' premieres at MCHS

MICHIGAN CITY — The Michigan City High School Theatre Department production of "Nooses Off" premieres Friday. The play revolves around the breakdown of an amateur theater company’s murder mystery production on opening night. The props are few or nonexistent (one suitcase has to do the work of nine), the actors aren’t getting their costumes, romances are breaking down, and cast members learn the play itself might be a rip off of Agatha Christie’s “10 Little Indians.” And the audience gets to see the behind the scenes mayhem.
