Michigan City STEM students launch gummies in annual STEM challenge
Two Barker Middle School students prepare to launch a gummy toward a cardboard target during the finals of the “Gummy Bears in Space” STEM Challenge on Feb. 24 at Barker Middle School in Michigan City. Students from different schools competed to see how far and how accurately they could fling the gummies using a catapult they improvised.
