Supreme Court says Larkin must face trial

John Larkin

MICHIGAN CITY — The Indiana Supreme Court ruled Wednesday that a Long Beach man who allegedly killed his wife in 2012 must face trial after his case was originally dismissed in 2016.

John B. Larkin reportedly shot his wife Stacey twice during a domestic dispute at their Lothair Way home on Dec. 11, 2012, resulting in her death, according to court records. He was subsequently charged with voluntary manslaughter, a class A felony carrying a potential sentence of 20-50 years in prison.

Disappointed

Glad to see that the Supreme Court made a good decision to send this to trial. Maybe Stacey will get some much needed justice and her family can find some closure on this horrible thing.
