RENSSELAER, Ind. (AP) — Some 7,600 acres of farmland valued at more than $40 million has been given to St. Joseph’s College in northern Indiana.

The college in Rensselaer announced Monday that the property comes from the trust of Juanita K. Waugh, a longtime school supporter who died in February. The trust prohibits selling or development of the White County property.
