INDIANAPOLIS — Legislation to protect Indiana drinking supplies from being contaminated by runoff from coal plants was introduced, but quickly withdrawn by a local legislator this week.

But State Rep. Pat Boy, D-Michigan City, urged her fellow legislators to remember the issue and the potential damage to health if it is not addressed
