INDIANAPOLIS — Almost nine years after John B. Larkin fatally shot his wife during a domestic dispute inside their Long Beach home, the manslaughter case against him has come to a definitive end.

The Indiana Supreme Court ruled 4-1 Tuesday that Larkin is, indeed, guilty of the involuntary manslaughter charge which a jury convicted him of in September 2019.
