MICHIGAN CITY — A man arrested on gun and drug charges on two separate occasions in less than two months remains free on his own recognizance after appearing in court on Thursday.

With the accused showing absolute disrespect for the laws of our society, why would the judge continue to show leniency? When someone ends up seriously victimized by this proven criminal the judge will be just as guilty as the perpetrator. Sorry to say I voted for her.
