The Michigan City Common Council, Redevelopment Commission, Park Board, Water Board and Historical Society will hold a joint meeting at 5:30 p.m. April 20 in the emergency operations center at City Hall, 100 E. Michigan Blvd, to discuss the ownership transfer and renovation of the "old Greenhouse property" into a living ruin.

The Michigan City Redevelopment Commission will meet at 4:30 p.m. Monday in the Planning Department conference room at City Hall, 100 E. Michigan Blvd., in executive session to discuss threatened litigation and purchase or leasing of property.
