Alex J. Rakowski, 90, of Long Beach, formerly of Chicago, left this life unexpectedly the morning of Feb. 13, 2021, at Northwest Health – La Porte.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Josephine (Wolfram) Rakowski; two brothers, Henry, who died very young, and Stanley; and three sisters, Regina Germeta, Mary McConahey and Helen Scott Armbrust.
