It could easily be a glass half empty kind of season for Westville, but new Blackhawks coach Grayce Roach is going to do everything in her power to make her team (and program) of nine see the glass is half full.

“It’s not ideal under any circumstances, with COVID, only nine kids, being extremely young, not having a JV, having no practice players, but I’m going to constantly coach the full team, the full program, to be successful,” Roach said. “They just have to trust the process, buy in, believe me, and they’ll realize we can have so much chemistry. There’s light at the end of the tunnel.”
