LACROSSE -- There wasn't much for Tri-Township to be happy about in a 50-16 season-opening loss to River Forest on Wednesday at the Tiger Den, but the game ended with one of those sports moments that immediately changes dispositions.

Tri-Township's Hunter Mills, a senior with Au-Kline Syndrome (a condition that typically impacts muscle tone, intellectual ability and development), scored the last basket of the game, with an assist from some of the Ingots.
